We are extremely proud of the dedication and professionalism our staff have shown over the past two months during this uncertain and difficult period. Throughout the COVID-19 lockdown, Mono has been working hard to keep the Telecommunications Critical Infrastructure operational and ensure vital upgrades are completed on time to keep the nation connected at home. Our field engineers’ status as Key Workers has allowed us to fully service all our clients during the lockdown period.
Just one example of our work during this period is a project working collaboratively with Telefonica and Network Rail in London on a critical infrastructure build involving Mono’s Rigging, Electrical and Civils teams. The successful completion has delivered enhanced voice and data services on the railway network and commuter hub at Clapham Junction over ground station.
The experience of our team and our focus on right first time quality has been valued more than ever by our customers in challenging circumstances, and we will continue to support them in projects such as this in the months ahead.
