OUR LIST OF FAQ'S.

1. IS THERE A FORMAL APPLICATION FORM TO FILL IN?
No you do not have to fill in a formal application form. Instead, please send us an up-to-date CV listing all your relevant experience, qualifications and covering letter specifically stating the area of our business you are interested in. Our Regional Directors will review your application and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

2. WHO DO I CONTACT IF I WANT TO DO WORK EXPERIENCE AT MONO CONSULTANTS?
You can communicate to us by using the ‘Contact us’ button on the website and email your details.

3. CAN I SEND A SPECULATIVE CV?
Yes we do accept speculative CV’s. If we do not have a suitable vacancy at that time, we will keep your CV on file for six months. Please do not forget to mention the area of business you are interested in.

4. HOW DO YOU ASSESS EACH CANDIDATE?
First of all we review your CV and if you possess the relevant qualifications and experience you will be invited for a first interview. You will be asked to attend an interview by a Regional Director and Technical Head who will discuss the role and your work experience. If you are successful at the first interview stage you will be asked to attend a second interview for further discussions and progress of your application.

5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A RESPONSE?
All applications are acknowledged as soon as the CV is received. Each application will be passed to a Regional Director for review who will contact you as soon as possible.

6. DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING PROGRAMMES FOR STAFF?
We value our staff and recognise the importance of each staff member. Mono aims to assist all staff with their future development by offering a wide range of training programs to gain more knowledge, skills and experience necessary to perform their jobs to the utmost standards.

7. WILL YOU HELP ME GAIN PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS?
Mono is affiliated to most associated institutions and we will support you through each stage of the process by offering a mentor and access to the most highly qualified individuals in the company.

8. ARE THERE OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK IN OTHER OFFICES?
One of Mono’s strengths is our ability to transfer knowledge throughout the UK to respond to client needs at anytime. We have offices in Belfast, Glasgow, Manchester, Solihull and London to choose from. You will have the opportunity to work from any office depending on the client need.

9. WHAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS / BENEFITS DO YOU OFFER?
Mono offers staff a competitive salary, pension, holiday allowance and tailored training. We also pay for professional membership to your associated institutions.

10. HOW IS MY PERFORMANCE REVIEWED?
Your Regional Director and Departmental Manager support you throughout the year. Informal updates take place when required. You will receive a formal appraisal each year, where your progress and performance will be discussed.
